Leigh began working with under-resourced communities over 24 years ago. It was either service to others or acting. The move to North Carolina in 1993 made the former a more viable plan. Known for her ability to break big ideas into bite-sized pieces, Leigh is best at schmoozing, collaborating and totally out-of-the-box ideation and implementation.

Leigh is a trainer, consultant, educator, speaker, serial ideater, occasionally a coach and always a positive force for her clients and co-conspirators. Leigh is active in her community, serving on several Boards of Directors for industry and nonprofit organizations who have a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives.
